MISSION
The mission of the Northwest Educational Council for Student Success (NECSS), a partnership of School Districts 211, 214, 220, Harper College, and the local community and employers, is to prepare all students for success in a global economy through aligned college and career pathways and expand opportunities for students to explore careers and develop transferable skills for future work.
